When Boss Cog decided to make renovations to the family estate, he felt cutbacks needed to be made in order to increase company profits.

Since Rusty had been with Cogno longer than anyone, he'd accrued a considerable amount of personal equity in benefits. Not to mention, a costly insurance plan due to his age.

To save the company money and give Rusty a break, Boss Cog decided it was best for everyone if Rusty retired early.

Although he was not prepared to retire, Rusty decided to take his severance but later suffered a severe breakdown once he learned of Boss Cog's true intentions.

After a failed attack on his former employer Rusty is now recovering in one of the city's finest sanitariums courtesy of Boss Cog's home renovation fund.

Because of their support during this time of need Rusty's Time-Share in Boca has been loaned out as a gift to his fellow co-workers at Cogno, Inc.

GET WELL SOON RUSTY! YOU WILL BE MISSED!!!

P.S. "Thanks for the beach house."
